The impeller and casing of the FT35-ll fiberglass axial flow fan are molded from fiberglass and resin. This series of fans features a simple structure, low noise, easy installation, excellent corrosion resistance, high static pressure, high efficiency, smooth operation, and low mechanical vibration. They are widely used in areas with corrosive gases, such as pickling workshops, laboratories, basements, power plants, electroplating plants, and oxidation plants. They are also suitable for ventilation in general industrial and mining enterprises, warehouses, office buildings, and residential areas. They can be installed in series across long pipelines to increase pipeline pressure. The conveyed gas must not contain sticky substances, and the dust and hard particulate content must not exceed 150 mg/m³. The gas temperature must not exceed 60°C, and the relative humidity must not exceed 100%. The FT35-ll fiberglass explosion-proof axial flow fan can be equipped with an EXdl or EXdll Class A or B explosion-proof isolation motor, depending on the customer's requirements. It can transport flammable and explosive volatile gases such as methane, ethane, propane, styrene, toluene, xylene, carbon monoxide, acetic acid, kerosene, gasoline, and furan. Its performance parameters and installation dimensions are consistent with those of the FT35-11 fiberglass axial flow fan.
